Fort – Strength class:
will be to develop overall strength within primal traditional lifts.
These classes will utilize barbells, dumbbells, sleds, bands, dowels, farm walks, tire flips, Form Collars.
Class will start with movement preparation and activation of weak under active muscles, lifts will be focused around dead lifts, bench press, squats, rows and chin ups. Classes will typically finish with primal movement such as push, pull, lunge, twist, jump and press. Multiple equipment will be used for these final exercises.
